Dear Blessed Sacrament Parish School Graduates, Parents, and Friends,
Hi, I am Joe Kloberdanz, Blessed Sacrament Parish School class of 1964.
Recently attending my class reunion, I was reacquainted with a place and community that was core to my faith and academic formation. I was thrilled to realize that the same level of dedication to educating and creating tomorrow’s Catholic leaders when I was a student there remains present today.
I recall the sense of Catholic community we felt with all the families at the school – the dedication of our Sisters and lay teachers; the great traditions and excitement around our sports teams led by beloved coach Rocky Graciano; and the regular involvement of our parish priests in the spiritual education and regular liturgies woven into the academic program.
The School and Parish were good to me and the large family I come from, and when I learned that they needed to catch up on some important facility maintenance and improvements, I wanted to help.
I wrote a check for $1,000. My Catholic education, influenced by parents, parish, and school, also helped put me in a position to do so. Fellow alum, parents of alum, and friends, please join me in helping to keep the promise of Catholic education alive and well at Blessed Sacrament Parish School. Please join me by writing your $1,000 check, or whatever your gratitude and situation allow you to do today. Of course, if you can do more, it would be most welcome. Your contribution is guaranteed to be used for the benefit of our students on one or more projects listed on the reverse side of this letter. If making payments over a period of one or two years helps you to be more generous, please consider doing that.
I ask that you prayerfully consider supporting this special place, and join us in assuring the valuable opportunity of a Catholic education for future generations at Blessed Sacrament Parish School.
The following people have already joined me:
